Week 4: Kiera kicks coffee for New Years resolution

This past month I have not had a single drop of coffee… Learn from my mistake. The entire month all I wanted was a caramel brulee latte and, honestly, I don’t know why I did this to myself. Although, I am proud of myself for committing to this cleanse, the major thing I accomplished was lasting a whole month being exhausted and not going crazy.

I plan on going back to my coffee drinking habit. However, my paycheck lasted longer and my body no longer endured the unnecessary calories. I no longer need coffee mto get through a long day. Also, next year at college on my tight budget when I cannot afford anything, I know I’ll survive a few late nights without coffee.

I really enjoy coffee though, so I think I’ll be drinking it from now on. Maybe just not as often. even though I don’t need coffee in my life, I still want it.

Hello Starbucks, I missed you.

The cravings usually last anywhere between 2-5, sometimes 6 weeks, depending on how long you have been drinking it.
