Boys’ Football By Kellie Foy
For their last game of the season, the varsity team won its game against Lincoln-Way Central, winning 42-21. They finish the season with a 3-6 record. The Freshman B team also won its last game. However, the sophomore teams and the Freshman A team lost their last games.

Boys’ Soccer By Connor Smith
Last Saturday (10/15), varsity lost its regional playoff in a hard-fought 1-0 loss to East Aurora. Despite the season being over for all four teams, progress was seen, and there were many highlights during the course of the past couple months. Upperclassmen helped out by being in leadership roles, while underclassmen got a taste of high school sports, and look to contribute more in the future.

Girls’ Cheer By Kainin Blissett
Cheer ended its fall season on Friday, and are currently having tryouts this week for the winter season.

Girls’ Swim and Dive By Zainie Qureshi
Although girl’s swim & dive’s on it’s last week, they’ve still managed to break a school record. Freshman Laurel Bludgen broke Metea’s record in the 500 Freestyle on Oct 22. It’s also worth mentioning that the team only had one diver last season, and now have five this season.

Girls’ Volleyball By Sameen Ali
Last week, the girl’s volleyball program held their annual Senior Night game on Tuesday. The team had a successful night, defeating Glenbard North 25-20 and 25-11 and ending conference play 5-3. Although the girls lost to St. Charles East later that week, they will be back in action on Tuesday when they play in the regional semifinals. Congratulations to junior Mikaila Dowd for breaking the single season kill record!

Where is the Hockey team? Could you maybe include how they are doing considering that the captain of the team goes to our school? Thanks!
