Boys’ Basketball By Connor Smith
This past Tuesday, the varsity boys clinched a thrilling 75-68 overtime win over Waubonsie in the main gym. However, the team fell short with a hard-fought 55-63 loss to Lake Park this past Friday in the team’s annual “Senior Night.” The boys will look to end their regular season on a high note with two road games this week. They play at Wheaton-Warrenville South on Tuesday and at Glenbard North on Friday.

Boys’ Swim and Dive By Zainie Qureshi
The season concludes for the JV boys. The only swimmers left in the pool are those training for sectionals over at Neuqua Valley next Saturday.

Wrestling By Peter Hinds
Despite a strong showing at multiple meets, none of the wresting team qualified at their last sectionals meet at Downers North high school.

Boys’ Hockey By Brittany Coates
The Warriors won 7-1 against Naperville Central Friday night, and secured a position in the West Cup Playoffs. Unfortunately, the team lost to Neuqua Valley 3-4, but will face them again in the next round of the playoffs. The winner of the next match will play for the Scholastic Cup.

Girls’ Bowling By Maddie Crabtree
Seniors Gianna Mickolayc and Izabelle Neuenkirchen ended their season at sectionals this past Saturday. Mickolayc placed 12th overall, and Izabelle placed 26th overall. Both had accomplished seasons this year, and end their Mustang bowling careers with a proud finish.
