Q: What is your motivation to be the women you are today?

A: I believe that the history of my community was one that was a rich history, one that showed that we had a lot of strong women and men. That kind of were unapologetically leaders, workers. People of integrity, and that kind of was my motivation.

Q: How do you hope to inspire the women around you?

A.I hope by leading by example that they can be inspired but most importantly they can find it within themselves to find there own strength and live up to their fullest potential.

Q: As a strong woman what do you value most?

A: As a strong woman, I think that I constantly reflect on what I value the most. And I would have to say, it is keeping things balanced in my life, my priorities, and the first thing will be honoring God, and then my family, and then my work.

Q: What have you done to empower women around you?

A: I hope that if nothing else, they would be able to see the example that I try to live by that I am a person of integrity that I try and not only Be a positive role model or positive influence, but I try and inspire them by the work that I do, and that they can see the values that I that I have based on the actions that I that I present. 

Q: what do you have to say to other strong women out here?

A: If I could say one thing to all the women around the world, I would say lean in, and not only get a seat at the table, but in devour the meal.
