The girls finished their season 12-11 and 4-6 in the DuPage Valley Conference. Their batting average came to a .277 and fielding percentage at a .883 in the season. “We formed a good bond this year and we’ll be able to continue that next year. I think that we will just continue to grow,” junior Madelyn Pfeiffer said. This year, the varsity team graduated Samantha Golminas, Emily Finger, and Carissa Cavicchioni. Looking into next year, they continue to have powerful goals and are looking to continue their team chemistry next season. “Winning [DuPage Valley] conference is always on our mind. Ever since [my] freshman year, we have always wanted to aim for,” junior Rissa Bajusz said.
