Why did you choose to go to Purdue?

I choose Purdue because I really loved their Computer Science program. The students and faculty there were so kind & helpful. I also loved the campus when I visited. Overall, I just thought that Purdue would be the right fit for me.

What do you plan on majoring in?

I’m majoring in Computer Science and I’m considering a minor in Data Science.

How did you get interested in that career choice?

I’m interested in majoring in CS because I like technology and software. I’m also persistent and enjoy solving problems so CS seems right for me. I took AP Computer Science last year & I did camps over the summer that further stimulated my interest in CS.

What are you looking forward to in college?

I’m hoping to join some clubs and I’m looking forward to meeting new people!

What advice do you have for underclassmen?

I know it’s generic but I would say don’t procrastinate, try to do your homework every day, and ask questions when you’re confused! Most importantly, enjoy high school because it goes by so fast.
