Boys’ Baseball (Grace Cronin)
The boys’ played in the DVC tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday. Their next game is against Kaneland today.
Boys’ Lacrosse (Max Berglind)
The Mustangs Wrapped up their season last week against Naperville Central in their sectional game.
Girls’ Lacrosse (Grace Davidson)
In a game against Benet, the Mustangs lost 18-6 last Monday. Then they lost 17-11 against Naperville North this past Wednesday. Sectionals are being held today against Naperville North.
Girls’ Soccer (Grace Davidson)
The team won the regional semi-finals 5-0 against Hinsdale Central last Tuesday. Next, the girls’ had the regional finals which they won 3-2 against Plainfield North 3-2 last Friday. They will now continue to the sectional semifinals against Neuqua Valley which will take place Tuesday.
Girls’ Softball (Grace Cronin)
The girls’ started off their week playing against Naperville North on Monday. They lost 7-4. Their next game was last Tuesday against Naperville Central where the girls won 7-6. The girls won again after playing against Plainfield North 11-6 on Thursday. They finished off their week playing against Wheaton North on Friday, losing 8-5. The teams next game is regionals against Neuqua on Tuesday.
Boys’ Tennis (Max Berglind)
Juniors Akshay Baid, Aadit Gandhi, and senior Nikunj Tyagi qualified for state at their sectional match this past Friday.
Boys’ Track and Field (Grace Cronin)
The boys who qualified for sectionals competed at the St. Charles North sectional meet on Thursday. Senior Jake Paulline qualified for state in the Discus, Senior Jalen Johnson became the sectional champion and qualified for state in the 110m and 300m Hurdles, and Senior Xavier London placed second and qualified for state in the High jump.
Girls’ Track and Field (Grace Davidson)
The girl’s that qualified for state had their meet last Friday. Senior Maria Lambert placed 14 in the 100 meter prelims. Sophomore Kyla Harris placed ninth in the 400 meter finals. Senior Sarah Maggio placed 12 in the 3200 meter finals. Sophomore Annastasia Murphy placed sixth in the high jump finals. This marks the end of the season for girls’ track and field.
Boys’ Volleyball (Grace Davidson)
Last Tuesday, the Mustangs won in two sets against Naperville North. Then the team won again in two sets against Naperville Central on Thursday. The boys’ ended their season claiming the title of DVC champions. They have the IHSA regional against Illinois Math and Science Academy today.
