About the Contributors

Ryder is a senior, and this is his third year on staff as Website Editor-in-Chief, podcaster, and videographer. He enjoys building upon what he has started, listening to music until he becomes one with the frequency, and writing like a philosopher from 320 BCE. If you can’t find him walking (or usually running) around, he’s most likely already planning for the next big thing, or for the future in general. (Don’t be afraid to harass him about music by the way).

Azaa is highkey tuff. She’s so cool, it’s her third year on staff for Newspaper Journalism. And get this, she’s SO cool, she’s the visuals editor. When she’s not taking photos and making graphics, she’s usually grinding on Roblox. Join her on Grow a Garden or Volleyball Legends. She’s lowkey the goat on both. But don’t tell her that, she already knows. The only con Azaa has, is that she’s of unc status, she’s a senior.

Isa is a sophomore, a Perspectives reporter, and on the Black and Gold podcast. She is excited for her first year on the Journalism team! When she’s in the podcast room you can see all the ideas flowing out of her head and simply just enjoying being with friends. She is a passionate artist, music lover (specifically K-pop), and avid movie critic on Letterboxd. When not in the podcast room she’s on the sidelines cheering with the Varsity Dance Team or in her room reading about Jo March’s adventures.
