Please join Metea in our Fight Against Hunger Drive 2015.  DMMV-StuGo is proud to announce the start of our Hunger Drive, which includes glowstick sales at home football games, our Unity for Community Charity Game and our classroom coin collection in October for our Hunger Week Initiative.  Families and friends in our community can also support our efforts by making a donation at our Crowdrise page.  Last year we were able to raise over $7,000 that was used to support the Northern Illinois Food Bank, the Marie Wilkinson Food Bank, Hesed House, O’Donnell Elementary School and Metea Families in need.

Every dollar we raise truly allows the charities we support to do their best work for those in need.  The Northern Illinois Food Bank is able to buy $8 in food from every $1 we give due to their partnerships.  They can also buy what they most need in contrast to getting items that are not in demand or ones that are expired and need to be thrown out.
