Ugh. While I do get the video is supposed to be for comedic purposes, Thanksgiving is not about celebrating the genocide of the Native Americans. It used to be (and to some people, still is) about giving thanks for successful harvests and the abundance of food, and Lincoln made it a national holiday in 1863 to give thanks to God for his blessings.
Also, on a side note, I really liked the piece on the expansion of our free speech rights, (Even though I’m not a journalist, it’s a great sign of what’s to come) it was informative and well done. A symbol of what the mane should be like.
