Boys’ Basketball (Nate Burleyson)

The varsity team lost to Hinsdale Central last week 69-56, concluding their season.

Hockey (Nate Burleyson)

The Hockey team begins their state championship run tonight against Fox Valley at 6:40 p.m. at the Edge Ice Rink.

Boys Track and Field (Madison McCalley)

The Mustangs had a meet on Thursday at Plainfield East last week. The Mustangs also had a meet on Saturday at Illinois State. Junior Sricharan Sanakkayala placed 8th in the 60m hurdle. Senior Temi Osobamiro placed first in the long jump and 2nd in the triple jump. Senior Nikola Maric finished fourth in the long jump and fifth in the 200m dash. Their next meet is later today at North Central College.

Girls Track and Field (Madison McCalley)

The Mustangs had a meet at North Central College on Thursday last week. Junior Yanylia Doby placed 22nd in the 55m dash. Junior Sophia Sandy placed 19th in the 800m run. Junior Emily Kohlberg placed 20th in the 3200m run. Senior Emaline Kerwin placed 12th in the 55m hurdle. Sophomore Addison Gamster placed 18th in high jump. The Mustangs also has a meet last Saturday at Batavia High school. Senior Emaline Kerwin placed 13th in 400m run and 4th in the 55m hurdle. Freshman Shannon Farmer placed 18th in the 800m run. Sophomore Addison Gamster placed 9th in the hurdle jump. Their next meet is this Saturday in Oswego.
