Dressed as a pea shooter from Plants Vs Zombies, junior Justin Pascu celebrates Halloween with a fun energetic energy. Other students loved seeing his costume with people touching his mask and enjoying his presence. “Well, I couldn’t find anything else for Halloween, so I decided to be something special,” said Pascu. 

Senior Ember Cukjati, dressed as Jinx from Arcane, celebrates Halloween with a creative and handmade costume. “I went to Goodwill, I bought clothes, and I sewed them together,” Cukjati said, “I [also] bought four wigs and I put them together.”

Sophomore Michelle Eulopa is seen celebrating Halloween, dressed as a yummy Chicago hotdog. “As you can tell it’s like a Chicago style hotdog because there is no ketchup, just mustard,” said Eulopa. 

Junior Cameron Dusek dressed up as Patrick Veona, from the movie “10 Things I Hate About You.” The inspiration behind the costume is his girlfriend. “My girlfriend made me watch the movie and then decided that’s gonna be our costume,” Dusek said. Dusek made the costume himself. “I went to Home Depot and then I bought some paint and the suit and I just put paint all over it,” Dusek said. 

Sophomore Leila Gaines is dressed up as Sua from the web-based series ‘Alien Stage.’ Gaines is a part of a larger group costume with other students dressed up as alien stage characters. “We decided that it would be a fun idea to do a group costume of something that we all love,” Gaines said.

Jensen Trinko, who likes gothic themes, decided to dress up as Frankenstein. They decided to do Frankenstein “Based off the movie adaptation from 1931,” said Trinkko. 

Senior Davis Rosenlund dressed up as Finn Mertens from “Adventure Time.” He bought a custom sword and painted shield from Etsy. By dressing up, he showed Halloween spirit and made fun of his last year of high school. 

“I wasn’t able to dress up last year at school,” Rosenlund said. “I only have one year left—so it’s now or never.”

Sophia Bounds dressed up as Mizi from the alien stage, choosing the high school edition before the plot decided to put them through turmoil. She is dressing up with a group of friends all partaking in the Halloween festivities. “I love dressing up and being whimsical and running around. I don’t care much for the candy, but it’s fun.” said Bounds.
