A new study found that COVID-19 can be traced back to leprechauns after five years of mystery surrounding the origins. In March 2020, Control and Prevention (CDC) announced the COVID-19 pandemic. And this was just the beginning of a national pandemic, which started in China and quickly spread to the U.S.
St. Patrick’s Day is a holiday that celebrates Irish culture with food, parades, and music. Another thing closely associated with this holiday is leprechauns, small, mischievous fairies who wear green tophats, suits, and red beards.
Most people don’t believe these creatures to be real; they think they’re just a fun mythical creature that represents St. Patrick’s Day. But, in a recent study made public by the CDC, not only are these creatures real, they are far more dangerous than we initially believed.
“Yes, we do have a real live leprechaun in one of our labs,” Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya, director of the CDC, said. “It was actually captured by a trap set up in a first-grade classroom and generously sent to us from Brookdale Elementary school.”
