Keeley Behr and Sarah Maggio help finish off the fall sports season with impressive performances.
Boys’ Cross Country (Max Berglind)
The boys’ cross country team had regionals scheduled at Oswego East for their final match of the year. Sadly Metea could not compete in it due to a member testing positive for COVID-19.
Girls’ Cross Country (Tyler Perry)
The girls’ cross country team raced in regionals last Saturday. The Mustangs finished in sixth place with the Huskies leading the way for all teams. Junior Keeley Behr led Metea with a time of 19:05.4.
Girls’ Swim and Dive (Grace Davidson)
The girls’ swim and dive had their sectionals meet at Metea this Saturday, and Sophomore Amanda Schmitt qualified for state.
