Cross Country
This week, girls’ cross country wrapped up its season with a 14th place finish at state. Nicki Cast set a new personal record, leading the Mustangs while placing 27th overall. “It was an amazing experience to be a part of the first Metea cross country team to qualify for state. We worked hard all season and state was a great way to end the season,” Cast said. Behind Cast were runners, Terri Scarlett (51), Leana Goldman (63), Keely Weber (71), Kyla Ohst (127), Brittney Sidwell (134), Talia Saleh (166). Congratulations on a great season, Mustangs!
