What are your plans for after high school?

After high school, I plan on going to college. Vanderbilt is my top choice if I get in, and if not, then I plan on going to the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign to study family studies. After getting my undergraduate degree, I want or go to law school to become a divorce lawyer and a Guardian Ad Litem.

What are you looking forward to in college?

I am looking forward to focusing on my major and learning everything that goes along with it. I am also excited about making new friends, living on my own, and the idea of being an adult.

What are you going to miss most about Metea?

I am going to miss my friends and teachers and those I have made a connection with. Also, I will miss the music department and music in general because I am not sure if I am going to pursue music after high school.

What is one memory you have from Metea?

My favorite memory is probably from the Collage concerts and the time leading up to them. I loved the anticipation and the energy. A strange memory I have is from one of the first days of school freshman year. Also, I have a lot of Fresh Connect memories and memories from my freshman year lunch.

What is advice you have for the younger grades?

Honestly, do not stress about the little things. By the time you reach your senior year, you will realize that those tests you stressed and cried over were not the end of the world. In the end, you were fine. Also, take advantage of every opportunity given to you and make the most of your four years. It really does fly by, so enjoy it!
